Adele has just kicked off the Australian leg of her world tour and an incident has
According to the singer, her 4 year old son Angelo got hit in the eye by some
firework debris while the fireworks were being tested during the soundcheck of
her concert in Perth.
The ‘Water Under the Bridge’ singer talked about the incident with the crowd in
the Domain Stadium in Perth, Australia.
She revealed that she canceled the firework display that takes part at the end of
her show for the rest of her Adele Live tour.
“Up until last night, we did have fireworks for you”, Adele told the crowd. “My
son was watching [soundcheck] in the crowd…a bit of debris went in his eye so
we got rid of them”, she continued.
However, she didn’t want to take that decision all by herself, so she asked her
fans whether they wanted the fireworks or not.
“Let’s get a cheer for fireworks if you want them,” Adele asked her fans, “Let’s
get a ‘boo” if you don’t want s– t in your eyes.”
Obviously the audience was cheering, so she announced that they would do it
Her next concert will take place this Saturday in Brisbane.
