According to a report by Variety Magazine, Beyonce could be voicing Nala in the
remake of Lion King!

The news was announced this Friday and apparently the director of the remake,
John Favreau, is considering the Lemonade singer as the top choice for the part
of Nala, Simba’s best friend/love interest in the animated movie.

What seems to be a bit of a problem for Beyonce to accept this project is her
pregnancy. The singer announced earlier in February that she is expecting twins
and after that she had to cancel some upcoming appearances/performances.
She also had to reschedule her highly anticipated performance at Coachella
Music Festival for next year and had Lady Gaga replace her as this year’s
headliner.

However, considering this is a voice acting role, it’s not as tiring as performing
or acting. Sources close to the film studio have told that the director and the
studio are willing to do everything in order to accommodate Beyonce’s schedule.

Lion King was released back in 1994 and remains one of the highest grossing
animated movies of all time, making $968.5 million worldwide. That being said,
we hope Beyonce takes the role as it would be perfect for her. Don’t you guys
think so? Give us your opinions.
