The Fresh Prince of Bel Air is one of the most iconic sitcoms ever and even
though it’s been years since it wrapped, fans still miss it and love the show.
It’s been over 20 years since the show’s final episode aired on television and
after all these years, the cast has decided to come together for a reunion.
Will Smith, Alfonso Ribeiro (who played Carlton), Tatyana Ali (who played
Ashley), Karyn Parsons (Hilary), Joseph Marcell (who played Geoffrey the butler)
and Daphne Reid (Vivian) were all together just recently. They also took a
reunion picture, which Alfonso Ribeiro was kind enough to share with fans on his
“Always amazing to spend an afternoon with my Fresh Prince family”, he
captioned the pic. “Wishing that James Avery was still with us to make this
complete”, he continued, referring to the late actor who played Uncle Phil in the
show, who died on December 31, 2013.
As you can see in the photo by their smiles, the cast looks more than happy to
be reunited. We have to say they haven’t changed much since their Fresh Prince
However, even though they seem to have a great time reunited, Will Smith told
Entertainment Tonight last year that he doesn’t see himself doing a reboot of the
sitcom. He’s not against it if anyone else wants to do it, but he simply wouldn’t
want to be a part of it.
“I’m not doing it,” Smith told. “If somebody wanted to, I would probably
let them, but I have no intention.”
The 48 year old actor continued that he was much hyper back then and
he was probably “quite irritating”. Now he says that he’s more “bouncy”.

do you think it’s better to leave it the way it is? Give us your opinions.
