Kylie Jenner has officially been denied her legal request to trademark the name ‘Kylie’.
Back in 2014, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan the request to trademark the name, but only last week it was denied by the US Patent and Trademark Office.
The reason of the denial was Kylie Minogue.
As you may know from previous reports, as soon as she heard the news, the Australian singer went to court to stop Jenner from trade marking the name, which she has been using for years on stage.
Minogue’s attorneys have told that Jenner is just a “secondary reality TV personality”, therefore she doesn’t deserve to trademark the name “Kylie”.
But apparently Kylie Jenner isn’t stopping, as she will try again to trademark her name.
