Kylie was rocking her new hair color, rose gold in a bun. She wore a silver short dress and paired it with some high thigh boots.
The 19 year old TV star hasn’t appeared a lot in public since Kim’s robbery incident in Paris. Kylie even canceled some book signings and TV appearances due to ‘security concerns’.
