Lisa Kudrow appeared on the Today Show this Tuesday with her co-star Craig
Robinson to promote their upcoming movie, The Table 19.
During the interview, the 53 year old actress known better for her role as
Phoebe Buffay in the iconic sitcom Friends revealed that the cast of the show
had “convened” recently.
Kudrow told the interviewer that the six of them, Kourtney Cox, David
Schwimmer, Jennifer Aniston Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry were gathered in
a private dinner and it was really fun and they had a really good time. “It was
hilarious”, the actress recalled. “We were laughing nonstop”.
It’s been 13 years since the show has ended and fans have been waiting for
years to see the cast reunite once again. That being said, Lisa admitted it was a
little mean not letting fans know about this meetup.
However Kudrow said that they don’t often let fans know about reunions
because then they will have expectations and then they’ll be disappointed if it
Talking about a reboot of the famous sitcom, the actress told she doesn’t see it
happening. “What would it be about? The thing we liked about that show is it
was like 20-somethings and they were their own family and now they all have
families. So what are we going to watch?” Lisa told.
