Ryan Reynolds obviously loves being a father, but during a recent interview for
Entertainment Tonight at the premiere of his new movie, Life, the actor opened
up about the ‘negative’ sides of it.
The 40 year old actor revealed that having kids has given him a bit of anxiety.
He continued that in general you’re more desperate in everything you do when
you become a parent, because you have so much to do in very little time.
“There’s just no time anymore, so you’re hardened by it,” Ryan told. “Anxiety, I
think, that’s probably it.”
However with the help of his wife, the actress Blake Lively, everything becomes
easier. The couple currently has two daughters together, a two year old (James)
and a 5 month old (Ines).
Ryan currently has been promoting his new movie, Life, in which he stars with
Jake Gyllenhaal. The two actors have become very good friends while shooting
the movie. Ryan told that they go for visits to each other’s houses all the time
because they live close. He even shared that Gyllenhaal cooks better than his
