Vanessa Hudgens is covering the May issue of Women’s Health magazine looking
fit and healthy as ever!
The 28 year old actress also shared her secrets on how she stays fit and how she
managed to lose 10 pounds in one month. Hudgens had to gain around 20
pounds back in 2013 for her role as a pregnant teenage girl in the movie Gimme
Shelter, and it wasn’t very easy for her to lose it again.
The actress shared that it’s a diet of high fats and low carbs that manages to
keep her fit.
“I eat a whole avocado a day. I need high fats. If I’m not getting enough, my
body holds on to calories. We’ve been trained to think that fats are bad, but
they’re so good — a source of energy and sustenance that keeps you going
through the day. That’s the only way I can not eat carbs,” she shared.
Of course exercising, Pilates and yoga play their part on keeping the actress fit.
